Kaushal Kishore Rai is a resident of Ward No. 11 (Gamahariya) in Malangwa Municipality. who has been elected as a member of the Provincial Assembly from Constituency No. 2 (2) of Sarlahi District. He is also a member of Sarlahi of Nepal Teachers Association. He won with 9626 votes.

कौशल किशोर राई मलङ्गवा नगरपालिका वडा नम्बर ११ (गमहरिया) का निवासी हुन् । जो सर्लाही जिल्लाको निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नम्बर २ (२) बाट प्रदेश सभा सदस्य निर्वाचित भएका छन् । उहाँ नेपाल शिक्षक संघका सर्लाहीको निवर्तमान पनि हुनुहुन्छ।  उहाँ 9626 मत ल्याई विजय हुनु भएको छ।
