What is the league of nations ?

 

The League of Nation was the first intergovernmental organization. Or The league of Nations was the world biggest international organization before the second world war. Or The League of Nations was an international organization.

After first world war, nations of the world formed the League of Nations. It was founded on 19 january 1920. Or

It was founded after first world war 10 janawary 1920.

It was founded as a result of the paris peace conference in 1919.

The United Nations Organization replaced it after the end of the wa.

It had 63 nations mambers but

the United States never joined the League of Nations

Its main principal was to maintain peace and security in the world.

Or The league of Nation's goals included disarmed,  prenventing  war through the negotiation and diplomacy.

The main organs of the League of Nations were the General Assembly, the Council and the Secretariat.

The official languages of the League of Nations were French, English  and Spanish.

The Treaty of Versailles, signed in 1919 at the Palace of Versailles in Paris at the end of World War I.

The Treaty of Versailles was the most important of the peace treaties of World War I. 

After World War I, the nations of the world formed the League of Nations. The organization was a place where nations could talk through their differences calmly. However, some countries like Germany, Italy, and Japan ignored the League and tried to solve their problems through war. Members of the League of Nations did not want to go to war to protect other members and so it failed. 

The League of Nations was dissolved on 18 April 1946.
