Definition of home town 

1. The place where people were born, that place is called home place. There were people grew up and spent their childhood. 

My home town

2.  My home town name is Malangwa municipality, where I was born and Which is located in Sarlahi district. It is very big and beautiful city and it is headquarters of Sarlahi district.

3.   It is situated in the Terai region or sourthern part of Nepal. In the eastern, western and northern side of my home town are Belhi VDC, Chandranagar VDC  and Salempur VDC. 

Population and casts

Population of my home town is 46000. Yadav is major cast of there. Other casts's  people also live like Sunar, Teli, Mahato, Chamar,Singh, Tatma, Lohar, Chaudhary and so. They live together with friendly and helpful, and never fight each other on the issue of castse. They help each other on problems.

Religion and festival 

" A garden of flower is not good only one flower, it looks good in different types of flowers", my home town is also like that. There are different types of religious people live there like Hindu, Muslim, Baudh, Cristina etc. They celebrate their own festival with joy, happy and peacefully. They never disturb others and respect each other religions.

The number of Yadav cast is more in my home town. 

There are many festivals celebrate by my home town people like Dashin, Tihar, Chhath, Holy, Teej, Ramjan, Eed, Bakrid, Tamu lohochhar and others. 

But,  Dashin, Tihar, Chhath, Holy and Teej are major festivals of there because the people of Hindu religious number is more. 

Occupation

Around 85 percentage people of my home town depend on the agricultural sector. Some people have government jobs like army, police, teacher, engineer, doctor, nurse, bank etc and private job, And some people have own business like grocery, ornaments shops, clothing shops, medical shops, cosmetics shops and company.

Unemployment is major problem of our country. In my home town, many youths have gone to abroad for job. They did not get job in our country that's why they gone. 

Languages 

There are many languages spoken by my home town people like Bhojpuri, Miathali, Hindi, Nepali, 

Bhojpuri language is a major language of there. Mostly everyone people speak it on their home. 

It speaks in school, governmental offices and private institutes. In the school level students easily caught point of teachers in Bhojpuri language but In Nepali language they don't understand properly so, mostly school's teachers use of Bhojpuri language during teaching time. Bhojpuri language is native language of there.

My home town's people don't understand properly in Nepali language. That's why governmential officers also use it on talking to the public. 

Nepali language is our national language but it use in official work. It doesn't use in our daily activities. 

Food

Rice, pulse, vegetables, pickles, ghee, milk, curd and  Taruwa are main food items of my home town. 

Whenever in our home guests come than after we offer to different types of delecious food like  Rice, pulse, vegetables, pickles, ghee, milk, curd and Taruwa for vegetarian guests and offer meat and fish non vegetarian guests. 

Customs

My home town is located in the southern part of our country. In the summer season, people of my home town wear Dhoti, Kurta, Gamchha for man and women wear Sari, Cholo, Goneu, Kurta, Salwar and ornaments etc.  

Problems 

There are many problems in my home town like lack of drinkable water supply, education, health, manur, 

Farmer 

Our country is a agricultural base county. 70 percentage people of our country totally depend on the agricultural sector. But our centeral and federal government don't provide manure on the time to the farmer.therefore, farmer can't give manure on the time on their field and corps don't grow up properly, production of crops is decrease. They can't pick up investment from their field. 

Irrigation is also a next major problem of farmer. Farmer totally depend on the rain for farming. Irrigation facilities is not good for farmer. They can't give water on their field on the time. 

Health 

There is not a good hospital.  where available all types of facilities available like good infrastructures, 7 days and 24 hour's service available, doctor and necessary medicine available. 

There is a government hospital in my home town. There is not good service available. In simple complex medical case the doctor refered to another hospital.

Health is also main problem in my home town. There are not good facilities available in the public hospitals. Infrastructures of hospital are not good, doctors don't come on the and they don't check up properly to public, simple medicine is not available. Medical equipment is not available. 

Hospital administrative don't take care properly of hospital. 

Education

There are many public schools in my home town but their education is not good. Infrastructures of school are not good, teachers don't teach to students sensetive, many teachers absent many days without any reason and information. They don't complete course on the time. They don't take care properly to students. Teachers do politics in the school. There are lack of basic things like library, lab, sports materials, toilet, water, computer and many more  That's why the education quality of bublic school is weak than private school.
