My daily life activities routine मेरो दैनिक जीवनको दिनचर्या

 

I am Sailendra Kumar Yadav. I always get up at 5 o'clock in the morning.I drink a glass of water after get up. Then after I go to the washroom. I wash my face, hands, legs and brush my teeth there. It takes around half an hour.

म शैलेन्द्र कुमार यादव । म सधैं बिहान ५ बजे उठ्छु ।उठिसकेपछि एक गिलास पानी पिउने गर्छु । त्यसपछि म वाशरूम जान्छु। म त्यहाँ मेरो अनुहार, हात, खुट्टा धुन्छु र दाँत माझ्छु। यसमा करिब आधा घण्टा लाग्छ।

After I wash, I go to out for morning walk. I walk  with my friends in the park. There are many men and women walking. I do some exercise. After that I come back my room. I take off my shoes in front of my door.

नुहाइ सकेपछि म बिहानी घुम्न बाहिर निस्कन्छु । म मेरा साथीहरूसँग पार्कमा हिंड्छु। त्यहाँ धेरै पुरुष र महिलाहरू हिँडिरहेका छन्। म केही व्यायाम गर्छु। त्यसपछि म आफ्नो कोठामा फर्कन्छु। म मेरो ढोका अगाडि मेरो जुत्ता फुकाल्छु।

After that, I ready for English class. I wear clothes and take a bag. I walk from my room at 7:30 AM. I reach at 7:50 AM in English coaching center. I wait there ten minutes. In this 10 minutes, I wait my friends. Our class does not start until friends don't come.

त्यसपछि म अंग्रेजी कक्षाको लागि तयार भएँ । लुगा लगाउँछु र झोला लिन्छु । म बिहान 7:30 बजे मेरो कोठाबाट हिंड्छु। म अंग्रेजी कोचिङ सेन्टरमा बिहान ७:५० मा पुग्छु। म त्यहाँ दश मिनेट पर्खन्छु। यो 10 मिनेटमा, म मेरा साथीहरूलाई पर्खन्छु। साथीहरू नआएसम्म हाम्रो कक्षा सुरु हुँदैन।

Our English teacher is very talent in English language. He teaches us very good. There are my four friends besides me. Jamuna, Barsha, Rabina  and Umma are my classmate. They all are very beautiful, kindly and helpfully.

They never argue to each other. They come from different places. Jamuna is my class leader. She control to all. Our class ends at 9 o'clock. After that we leave there.

हाम्रो अंग्रेजी शिक्षक अंग्रेजी भाषामा धेरै प्रतिभाशाली छन्। उहाँले हामीलाई धेरै राम्रो सिकाउनुहुन्छ। म बाहेक मेरा चारजना साथी छन् । जमुना, वर्षा, रबिना र उमा मेरा सहपाठी हुन् । तिनीहरू सबै धेरै सुन्दर, दयालु र सहयोगी छन्।

तिनीहरू एकअर्कासँग कहिल्यै बहस गर्दैनन्। उनीहरु विभिन्न ठाउँबाट आएका हुन् । जमुना मेरो वर्ग नेता हो। उनी सबैलाई नियन्त्रण गर्छिन्। हाम्रो कक्षा 9 बजे समाप्त हुन्छ। त्यस पछि हामी त्यहाँबाट जान्छौं।

I go to in the bathroom and bathe there. In this period, my mom makes breakfast. I have breakfast with mom. After breakfast, I read some book and write something in English.

म बाथरुममा गएर नुहाउँछु । यस अवधिमा, मेरी आमा, नाश्ता बनाउँछिन्। म आमासँग नाश्ता गर्छु। बिहानको खाजा पछि, म केहि किताब पढ्छु र अंग्रेजीमा केहि लेख्छु।

Than after, I help my mom in the kitchen. I cut some vegetables and  wash dishes  we make food together.  Our meal is ready around at 9:30 AM.

त्यस पछि, म मेरी आमालाई भान्सामा मद्दत गर्छु। म केही तरकारी काट्छु र भाँडा धुन्छु हामी सँगै खाना बनाउँछु। हाम्रो खाना बिहान 9:30 बजे तयार हुन्छ।

we take lunch at 10 o'clock.  My mom don't eat food without me. My mom waits  for me. She doesn't eat dinner alone. My mom is very kind and helpful. She to much love me.

हामी 10 बजे खाजा खान्छौं। मेरी आमा म बिना खाना खानुहुन्न। मेरी आमा मेरो पर्खाइमा हुनुहुन्छ। उनी एक्लै बेलुकाको खाना खाँदैनन् । मेरी आमा धेरै दयालु र सहयोगी हुनुहुन्छ। उसले मलाई धेरै माया गर्छ।

I go to office by bus after dinner. I reach my office at 10:30 AM. I work in my office. I open my computer and check mail. I reply all mail.

डिनर पछि बसबाट अफिस जान्छु । म बिहान 10:30 मा मेरो कार्यालय पुग्छु। म मेरो अफिसमा काम गर्छु। म मेरो कम्प्युटर खोल्छु र मेल जाँच गर्छु। म सबै मेलको जवाफ दिन्छु।

I talk to my boss about  official work. After that I sit on my chair. I order to office servicer to bring me a glass of water. I type some letters and send mails.

म मेरो मालिकसँग अफिसियल कामको बारेमा कुरा गर्छु। त्यसपछि म आफ्नो कुर्सीमा बस्छु। म अफिसका कर्मचारीलाई एक गिलास पानी ल्याउन आदेश दिन्छु। म केही पत्र टाइप गर्छु र मेल पठाउँछु।

I work there at 10:30 to 15:00 PM. I return my room  after my office closed. I take rest for a while than after take off my office dress. I wear normal  dress.

म त्यहाँ 10:30 देखि 15:00 सम्म काम गर्छु। अफिस बन्द भएपछि कोठामा फर्किन्छु । अफिसको लुगा फुकाल्नुभन्दा केही बेर आराम गर्छु । म सामान्य लुगा लगाउँछु।

Around half past fifteen o'clock, I take some snacks.  Before I go to out, I call my friend to come play.  I wait in  the play ground until my friend don't come. we play football there. We play there until the sunset. After the sunset, we return home.

लगभग साढे पन्ध्र बजे, म केही खाजा लिन्छु। म बाहिर जानु अघि, म मेरो साथीलाई खेल्न आउन बोलाउँछु। साथी नआउन्जेल म खेल मैदानमा पर्खन्छु। हामी त्यहाँ फुटबल खेल्छौं। हामी त्यहाँ सूर्यास्त सम्म खेल्छौं। सूर्यास्त पछि हामी घर फर्कन्छौं।

In the Evening, I  wash my face, hands and legs in  washroom. That time my mom cooks in the kitchen. After that, an one hour I read some books. When the food is ready my mom call me. we often take bread, pulse, vegetable an meat in the dinner.

साँझमा, म मेरो अनुहार, हात र खुट्टा वाशरूममा धुन्छु। त्यो बेला मेरी आमा भान्सामा खाना पकाउनुहुन्छ। त्यसपछि एक घन्टा केही किताब पढेँ । खाना तयार भएपछि मेरी आमाले मलाई बोलाउनुहुन्छ। हामी प्रायः बेलुकाको खानामा रोटी, दाल, तरकारी र मासु लिन्छौं।

After dinner we talk to each other about daily events. Then after I go to my own room and watch there TV. I watch in the TV news and Film. I like south Indian movie. It is very interesting.

बेलुकीको खाना खाइसकेपछि हामी एकअर्कासँग दैनिक घटनाहरूको बारेमा कुरा गर्छौं। त्यसपछि म आफ्नै कोठामा गएर त्यहाँ टिभी हेर्छु। म टिभी समाचार र फिल्ममा हेर्छु। मलाई साउथ इन्डियन फिल्म मन पर्छ । यो धेरै रोचक छ।

I go to my bed at 10 PM. Before I go to bed, I make plan for tomorrow and I chat with my friend throw social media.

म राति १० बजे मेरो ओछ्यानमा जान्छु। म सुत्नु अघि, म भोलिको लागि योजना बनाउँछु र म मेरो साथीसँग च्याट गर्छु सामाजिक सञ्जालमा।

 

My all daily routines are closed here. These are my official daily activities. Without official days, my daily activities will change.

मेरा सबै दैनिक दिनचर्याहरू यहाँ बन्द छन्। यी मेरा आधिकारिक दैनिक गतिविधिहरू हुन्। आधिकारिक दिनहरू बिना, मेरो दैनिक गतिविधिहरू परिवर्तन हुनेछ।

I usually get up at 8 o'clock on Saturdays. It is holiday so I sleep long time in the morning. I don't go out for play.
I always go to temple with my mom. we pray there go Gods and Goddess. we give some money for donation.

म सामान्यतया शनिबार 8 बजे उठ्छु। छुट्टीको दिन हो त्यसैले बिहान धेरै बेर सुत्छु। म खेल्न बाहिर जान्दिन । म सधैं आमासँग मन्दिर जान्छु। हामी त्यहाँ भगवान र देवी प्रार्थना गर्छौं। हामी दान को लागी केहि पैसा दिन्छौं।

 

Than after, I wash my office dresses.  Holyday is a special day for all so everybody wants to take fully enjoy.

I watch film in the cinema hall with my friends. That day We don't eat in house. we eat out. we visit new place. we enjoy fully.

पछि, म मेरो अफिसको लुगा धुन्छु। होलीडे सबैका लागि विशेष दिन हो त्यसैले सबैजना पूर्ण रूपमा आनन्द लिन चाहन्छन्। म मेरा साथीहरूसँग सिनेमा हलमा फिल्म हेर्छु। त्यो दिन हामी घरमा खाना खाँदैनौं। हामी बाहिर खान्छौं। हामी नयाँ ठाउँ भ्रमण गर्छौं। हामी पूर्ण रूपमा आनन्द लिन्छौं।
